VOLKSWAGEN GOLF GTI (JAPAN) – A series of collapsing dominos made from old car hulks on a salt lake in outback South Australia.
WASHINGTON MUTUAL (USA) – A construction worker riding on a wrecking ball crashes into derelict building, falls to ground and then jumps up laughing. This involved building two breakaway building facades rigged with debris, a fibreglass wrecking ball, stunt dummy and a 300 ton crane
In a re-creation of a 1960’s Hong Kong Kung Fu movie set, a battle rages between two ancient warriors. Filmed in Kuala Lumpur, the design had to be balanced between primitive and stylish. Won a D&AD award for Set Design.
A girl reclining on the bottom of the ocean pulls a plug and the sea drains away. Achieved by craning a fibreglass beach out of a dive pool with massive pumps simulating the suction down the plug hole
